Request deletion of your Mashwar account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through our official email.

How to request deletion

1. Email mashwar.iq@gmail.com with the subject “Mashwar account deletion request”.
2. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not send a password or verification code by email.
3. We may ask you to verify control of the registered phone number or use another secure verification method before acting on the request.

What happens after verification

We will delete the account or de-identify associated data when there is no lawful or legitimate need to retain it. Limited records may be retained where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting or legal obligations.

In-app deletion

Before general public store release, the Mashwar app must also provide a clear in-app path to initiate account deletion.
